By using the welloraa.life website belonging to UPSCALE DECK PRIVATE LIMITED, you (the user) accept the following terms and conditions. welloraa.life reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee color accuracy.

The user certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

All products are subject only to applicable warranties of their respective manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers, if any, provided in the product packaging. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

welloraa.life shall not be liable for product defects, damages arising from use of the website or products, misuse, abuse, modification, improper selection, or non-compliance with instructions. We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

welloraa.life will take responsibility for orders shipped to major cities (metros) where we use private courier companies such as ATS, Blue Dart, First Flight, FedEx, Delhivery, etc.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of welloraa.life.

welloraa.life reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, regardless of order confirmation or payment status. In such cases, the payment will be refunded and the user informed.

If non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user, any additional re-delivery cost incurred by welloraa.life shall be borne by the user.

The user agrees to provide accurate, true, and complete information. welloraa.life reserves the right to verify user details and may reject registration or debar access without prior notice if information is found to be incorrect.

welloraa.life will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent use rests solely with the user, who must use only his/her own card.

welloraa.life shall not entertain any complaints after 15 days from the date of delivery.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Coupon Terms & Conditions

  • Coupons are valid for a limited time only. welloraa.life reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

  • A coupon is valid only when applied to a qualifying item.

  • Coupons may be used only on www.welloraa.life for products sold and shipped by welloraa.life.

  • Limited to one coupon per customer.

  • If items purchased using a coupon are returned, the coupon value may be deducted from the refund.

  • Shipping and handling charges apply as per the Shipping & Returns Policy.

  • Offer valid while supplies last.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  • welloraa.life is not responsible for payment of any taxes related to coupon usage.

  • The consumer is responsible for any applicable taxes.

  • Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.
