SHIPPING POLICY

At welloraa.life, we want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple, and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping, and payment process to make your life easy. We use multiple courier companies such as Bluedart, Aramex, FedEx, First Flight, Delhivery, etc., to ship your products.

Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping anywhere in India for orders with a cart value of ₹500 and above.
A nominal shipping fee will be charged on orders below ₹500, depending on rural or urban delivery areas. Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Dispatch and Delivery

Orders received on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During peak periods or holidays, there may be delays in processing and shipping.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses

  • Rural domestic addresses may require additional delivery time

  • Currently, we do not ship outside India due to customs-related issues

Cancellation Policy

If we receive a cancellation request after the order has already been processed, the order cannot be cancelled. welloraa.life reserves the right to decide whether an order can be cancelled. The customer agrees to accept the decision made by welloraa.life regarding cancellations.

Delivery Time & Refunds

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 days, with a maximum of 5–7 days

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days

Cancellation of Order by welloraa.life

welloraa.life reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment received.

In such cases, 100% of the payment will be refunded, and the user will be informed accordingly. If non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to incorrect information provided by the user, any additional re-delivery costs incurred by welloraa.life will be borne by the user.

Replacement / Refund Policy

We take strict quality measures to ensure that items delivered are in perfect condition. However, replacements or refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Item damaged during transit

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong item delivered

In these cases, the item will be replaced at no extra cost or the full amount will be refunded, provided the request is made within 5 days of receiving the product.

If the package shows signs of leakage or visible damage, please do not accept the delivery and return it immediately to the courier agency. Products once accepted cannot be returned unless they meet the conditions above.

No replacements or refunds will be allowed once the order is processed, except for the reasons mentioned.

To request a refund or replacement, please email support@welloraa.life with your Order Number and the reason for replacement/refund. Items sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

If a replacement item is unavailable, we will offer the best possible alternative. The final decision will rest with the customer. If the product is unavailable or not shipped, a 100% refund will be issued.
