We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products. However, in rare cases, items may be damaged during transit due to circumstances beyond our control. If you find that a product has been damaged in transit, we request you not to accept the delivery and have it returned to us.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the customer within 3 days after approval.

  • If the replacement is approved, the replaced product will be delivered to the customer within 3 days after approval.
